Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Danjuma Tokdima

Emmanuel Danjuma Tokdima is the first of four children of Mr. and Mrs. Tokdima Danjuma of Bwarak in Pankshin Local Government Area of Plateau State, born on 27 July. He grew up in a loving family where faith, discipline and hard work were deeply cherished. He attended Child Laboratory Nursery School (2001–2004), Demonstration Centre Primary School (2004–2010) and Fr. McAuley Memorial Secondary School, Ballang, Plateau State (2010–2016). Responding to God's call, he entered St. Paul's Spiritual Year Seminary, Tawali Daza, studied Philosophy at Veritas University, Abuja, and Theology at the Pontifical Urbaniana University in Rome. His pastoral formation took him to mission stations and parishes across the diocese, from Gidan Kurma and Gidan Dare to Gusau, Tamaje, Jega and Holy Family Cathedral. He was ordained a deacon at Holy Family Cathedral by Most Rev. Matthew Hassan Kukah on 19 December, and to the priesthood in 2026. Beyond his ministry he enjoys singing, liturgical music, football, travelling and building friendships — interests that shape his warm personality and his commitment to unity among people.
