The Catholic Bishop of Sokoto, His Lordship, Most Rev Dr. Matthew Hassan Kukah on this day officially opened a new structure which comprises of : A Standard Sacristy, The Priests and The Catechists office, Vesting Room for Choristers, Lectors and Altar Servers, Vesting Room for the Priests and a Restroom at St. Kevin Catholic Church Gidan-dare, Sokoto state.
The Parish Priest of St. Kevin Rev Fr. Onuh Sixtus Ladi attributed the success of this project to the Parishioners effort. He thanked His Lordship for coming to commission the structure.
Bishop Kukah thanked the Parish Priest and the Parishioners for their relentless effort. He encouraged them to keep welcoming and accommodating one another as it helps to foster the spread of the Gospel.
